Personal Information Protection Act (Law 25)

- Nature of Information Collected: The personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, my name, address, date of birth, personal email address, telephone number and other relevant information such as medical information and bank details.
- Purpose of Collection: Boulart collects my personal information for the purpose of having a complete employee record that is necessary for the employment process, including (but not limited to) employee records, insurance and payroll. My personal information is used by the various departments involved such as Human Resources, Accounting, Information Technology and Occupational Health and Safety.
- Retention Period: My personal information will be retained for the duration of my employment, plus a period of seven (7) years from the year of my departure or until I request deletion of my data.
- Rights of the individual: I am informed that I have the right to access my data, to request their correction or deletion, and to oppose or limit their processing according to the conditions provided by law.
- Withdrawal of consent: I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by contacting Boulart at prp@boulart.com. Any request for withdrawal of consent will be processed in accordance with the requirements of the relevant privacy legislation of Canada and Quebec.
- Data Security: Boulart is committed to taking all appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality and security of my personal information.
